Government Customer Success Manager

POSITION SUMMARY:

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manages clients and customers by responding to needs and demands with effective solutions and a personal touch
  • Responsible for Government Account Management throughout the entire product/service lifecycle, including: Project Implementation, Contract/Service Management, Product Management, Government User Support, DevOps Support, Business Analysis, Program Maintenance and Operation Oversight
  • Assistance with formal in-person presentations, as necessary
  • DevOps Support and Product Management for Government Traceability Products
  • Liaison between Development, Accounting, and all other departments that have a role (logistical or otherwise) in delivery and support of product/service
  • Generates reports (such as client satisfaction metrics) for the company’s management
  • Maintains accurate documentation
  • Identifies issues before they become problems and proposes solutions to management
  • Conducts surveys to identify product/service strengths and weaknesses
  • Performs other duties as required

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A Bachelor’s degree
  • Must have 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Must work well independently, but know when to seek guidance
  • Must be able to work alongside project managers and fill in when needed
  • Must be able to produce documents/content of a high professional caliber (reference material, white papers, proposals, etc.)
  • Must be willing to work nights and weekends from time to time
  • Must be willing to travel from time to time
  • Must understand basic computer science principles
  • Must have knowledge of basic project management principles
  • Software experience is preferred
  • Must be able to build relationships with all stakeholders including licensees and patients when necessary, to develop a feedback loop and provide ongoing support
  • Must be highly proficient with Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Skilled communicator (both verbal and written)
  • Must be well organized

  • Superior interpersonal skills
  • Must be detail oriented
