Real World Evidence Sales Lead

POSITION SUMMARY:

As the Forian RWE Business Development Lead, you will focus on partnering with life sciences companies to help them to achieve their objectives generating real world evidence to support the value of products in the marketplace. Solution areas of focus are primarily focused on real world evidence development and may include SaaS, Data Products.

This role is a sales and client development role accountable for driving Forian’s growth of our real-world evidence solutions with strategic and key clients. The successful individual has a proven track record of consultatively selling real world evidence solutions into life sciences clients. The ideal candidate must have high energy with an entrepreneurial mindset.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create and implement a territory account plan that will maximize revenue
  • Leverage existing and develop deep relationships with the senior client executives and decision makers leveraging Forian’s scientific team and advisors to provide strategic, thought leadership on the client’s industry and market
  • Understand the client’s unique business environment and challenges and monitor and provide input on market trends as represented by our clients
  • Actively and effectively prospect, while advancing opportunities through the sales cycle. This includes meeting management, deck creation and CRM management
  • Provide Forian with an understanding of the client’s strategic objectives and the initiatives that support the business strategy
  • Partner with client delivery teams to ensure client expectations of service and execution are clearly understood, communicated and met
  • Direct strategic, client specific initiatives which deliver “values add” services
  • Collaborate with product, marketing and other areas of the Forian organization, in order to advance development of impactful client solutions
  • Contribute to the annual client planning process and execute, update and refresh the plan throughout the year

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 7+ years of experience in relevant sales consulting experience
  • Deep commitment to client satisfaction
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and objectives
  • Desire to actively seek out new study opportunities and grow the business
  • Must exhibit a strategic consulting approach to client interactions
  • Excellent collaborative skills and ability to advise internal departments of client feedback
  • A working understanding of real-world evidence, healthcare data sources, biopharma and healthcare industries
  • Position requires high energy and curiosity with the ability to adapt and be flexible in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Excellent business acumen and verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge, proficiency and effective utilization of PowerPoint, Excel and CRM systems

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Advanced degree in related field
  • Sales consulting experience with real-world evidence, HEOR, and epidemiology research to life sciences companies
  • Knowledge of the cannabis industry
